No. At first I was skeptical about being a student at Alcorn State University because of its location, but now I am glad that I attended.

I wish I had know the school was deep off in the woods away from civilition. It is its own little town away from city life.

I wish i knew what the dorms looked like and about the food the cafe surved.

I wish I would have known that faculty and student body would have been so loving and caring, as well as supportive. I came into college scared and having a sense of loneliness. But had I known that Alcorn is a school that is not only committed to seeing you succeed, but also committed to supporting you and being there at all times, I wouldn't have been so apprehensive.

I wish I knew the "real cost " of school such as : books, gas, laundry, and etc. I wish I knew more ways to take care of the finicial part of being a student , because it is very stressful on a student.
