If I could go back and give advice to my high school self I would say study more. Not only would I study more to make better grades, but to know how to take better notes, how to study for test , and just be better prepared overall. I would also tell myself to not get caugth up in the drama. In high school there is constantly some kind of drama going on. It gets old really quickly. College is a lot different than high school. Everyone acts like adults, for the most part, and are only there for one reason. The ultimate goal is to get a college education and achieve a lifelong career.

If I could go back in time and tell my senior self about what lies ahead of him I would tell him to stay focused in college and to study hard. When times get tough just keep your head up and you will make it through. I would also tell him that if he chooses to take an alternate path then what he has chosen will ultimately lead to getting arrested and charged with a felony and placed on probation. Me being from the future I am having to deal with the consequences and at the same time trying to make things right. I would tell him that he is going to come to a point where he is going to have to make a decision as to which path to take and all I ask is that you take a step back and look at your options and ask yourself, "Is it really worth it?" I have seen one path now im hoping you will take the other.
