California State University-Fullerton Top Questions

What do you consider the worst thing about California State University-Fullerton? Why?

Christopher

The worst aspect of Cal-State Fullerton are the lecture hall classes. More often than not, the proffessors seem to be less involved with the students, though there are exceptions. They care, but they'll often ignore questions in class and ask students to email them the questions instead, rather than covering it in class for other students to hear.

Mai

The parking. Too many students and not enough space.

Raelynn

The bureaucratic system is terrible. Some students still haven't recieved the finanical aid for Fall semester with only a few weeks left. Everything must be done online or in person and usually you end up going in circles between the two. They set up a new online program for our registration and financial aid which is riddled with bugs. The art department isn't recieving enough funds to continue the courses needed for my major, yet a multi-million building was just built for the business students.

Jasmine

It is a commuter school, most people come for classes then leave.

Sarah

The location of the school is not the best. It's in the middle of orange county, and from personal experience, the people are very hard to get to know. They aren't as friendly. They come off as stuck-up. A lot of people with money attend this school. It seems I am one of the few that is there for an education, rather than to just party. So the area in general could be a lot more pleasing.

Kris

The worst thing about this school is parking! There are parking facilities around the campus, however, there are just too many students who commute to school!

Sean

Lack of a football team, and mens tennis team because football is a huge college sport and because I play tennis competitively.

Francette

The worst thing about my school would have to be the parking situation. It feels as if it gets harder each year to find a parking spot.

Jennifer

The worst thing about this school is parking. It's horrible, even after putting two structures to help with the problem. Another One of the problems I have with this school is the fact that they don't have a jazz major for vocalists.

Cynthia

The school is a commuter school, so it can be hard to get to know your fellow students, especially once you've moved on to being an upperclassmen, it's better to do it as a freshmen, because it feels like a waste of time as you get closer to graduation.
