Carson-Newman University Top Questions

My school in one sentence, "A loving and welcoming environment that strives to achieve great things" Sometimes the word a Christian school gets bad reputation or has a bad connation. But for a Christian University, Carson-Newman is the best. We have a very LARGE LGBT group; actually two of my best friends on campus are gay. And our president is wonderful individual that will do anything for the students. Also we strive to be academically smart in everything we do. Many of use have multiple degrees at the end of the four years.

Carson Newman University is a school for people who know who and what they want to be and are prepared to do everything in their power to succeed.

My school is the best school, because it is small and has a friendly atmosphere.

Carson-Newman has a comfortable feel to it. I went to other colleges, but as soon as I stepped onto Carson's campus, I knew it was the place for me. It felt like home. I didn't feel self-conscious or tense or pressured. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I could breathe again. That's still how it fills for me. I'm happy here. The campus is beautiful during the seasons, I always have something to do, and the other students and professors become my best friends. It's incredible.

Carson-Newman College is a Christian liberal arts school that has a low student to teacher ratio, great choices in classes, and many, nice friends that are more like my family.

Carson-Newman is a Christian college that is academically challenging, spiritually enriching, socially amazing and it teaches you about who you are and who you want to be.

Carson-Newman College has some fantastic qualities, but my opinion is that they don't help the students that cannot give a certain amount of money back to the school, and have full time jobs, like myself.... for fiancial aid, ive tried and tried to go to them for help, and they give me the run around and i've owed each school year, because I work full time, I got to school full time, it seems like with Carson Newman, you cannot win for losing.
