There is not really a type of person that should attend this college, they just have to be able t ofollow rules. If they have a hard time following rules, then this is deffinately not the college for them.

If someone enjoys meeting people and getting fantastic opportunities to learn, travel, and get experience in the work field they should go here.

Students that can live in a strict environment wih no drinking, following all the rules, staying on top of their schoolwork and being able to not get stressed out because of all the bureaucracy. It's a great college because it WILL teach you to work hard and learn to follow rules especially with this new generation thinking they are entitled to everything.

College of the Ozarks is a great school for students leaving home to attend college. It has a very structured atmosphere, yet feels very much like a family. I was an older student when I attended, and would like to see older students feel more comfortable in this environment as well

If you are looking for a school that merges many different view points, skip C of O. Only those who believe what they do will enjoy life at C of O.

A person attending College of the Ozarks should be hard working, independent, and God fearing. We are required to attend 7 chaples each semester along with 7 convocations. We also work 15 hours a week on campus. At CofO, freshmen are required to park there cars in a fenced in lot from Monday morning at 1 AM until Friday afternoon at 12 PM. This is a great campus that offers a wonderful opportunity to graduate debt free!

College of the Ozarks is a conservative work study college with many rules. Students who are willing to work hard and follow the rules will do very well at College of the Ozarks. The administration will not hesitate to kick students out of school for breaking rules, such as drinking or skipping class. Students who don't plan on following the rules might as well not apply. Students who attend College of the Ozarks must be willing to put forth a lot of effort.

Anyone who is in great acedemic standing out of high school and financially unable to pay for school. The great thing about this school is that there is minimal cost and you do not go into debt after graduation.
