El Paso Community College Top Questions

There's not that much of difference to other community colleges. It is simply closer and cheaper than other colleges I have looked into.

El Paso Community College is unique compared to other schools because at this campus teachers actually take their time to answer each question that you have, they show you how everything that is being taught in the classroom can be applioed to the real world. The availabilty of computers is great in this campus,there is no waiting line, oh and I cant forget to tell you how comfotable the enviroment is. At this campus it is so comfortable to just hang out and study.

The college that I attend offers smaller class sizes. It also offers more one-on-one time with the professor, so I am able to learn and comprehend better. They offer more classes and more flexible hours. I like that the school is smaller compared to most universities so there are less people.

EPCC is a very student friendly school. It seems that they are always trying to come up with ways to accommodate the differents types of students enrolled there. Recently, we were surveyed about bus service to the different campuses due to the increase in enrollment and the difficulty in finding parking. Also, in response to student feedback they installed brighter lighting in the classrooms. At many schools students feel unimportant, just another number but at EPCC we know we are valued.

The diversity of the student body is wonderful. Never will one feel singled out due to age and this is what I like best about El Paso Community College. I am extremely happy and comfortable returning to college in order to begin a new career and new life for myself. I believe that El Paso Community College is a rare jewel because this college has afforded me an attainable future with the help and guidance of my professors.
