Some one who is not wanting to work hard and put in time. Florida Tech is not a party school if you are expecting large parties. Flordia Tech is also not a large school with large numbers of student. Anyone going for an English degree.

Close minded people who are not looking to mingle with other cultures, as the campus is very diverse

A person who does not want to work for an education. A person who expects a great party life. A lot of the students are focused, so that means little to no parties.

Any person who is very gifted at understanding technology and interested in doing research should come to this school. The small class sizes allow for people to interact with the teachers and thereare may opportunities for undergraduates to get hands on research in the science or technology labs.

One who is not willing to be in a diverse population or is not willing to do the work necessay to obtain a good grade.

Every kind of person is welcome at my university. One can find somebody from almost all around the globe. The university has a great divesity of students whom are all very welcoming. Although it is a small campus, one can find many people with the same interests and hobbies.

The person who believes going to college is for partying and not learning.

Students who don't like learning on their own outside of class should not attend this school. Florida Tech requires a large amount of work outside of class. Students who are looking for a social college life should not attend this school because most students here are too focused on their future to do a lot of activities though there are a few frats and sororities here.

Someone who knows what they want out of life. Someoe that can is strong in math and sciences. Someone who likes to have a good time with friends, have their own space and still have acess to excellent schooling and awesome engineering opportunities.

A very closed minded person that was not exposed to many cultures

Those who are not technically minded, because it is a tech school, should not attend. There are psychology, english, and marine science departments, however the mechanical, electrical, computer, software, ocean, and chemical engineering departments are MUCH larger. Business majors often come out but that college is still working on accredidation. Transfer students should be wary of higher standards, as they might not have all their credits qualify toward their intended major.

Anyone who wants to major in liberal arts or business should not attend this school. The programs are not of certification quality because the FL Tech is primarily a technical institute.

The only people who should not attend this school are people who do not posses a sense of humor. This school get's pretty boring, and without a small supply of creativity and humor, you just might go mad.

To attend this school, one needs to be a person filled of desire. You need to want to get your degree and you need to want to work hard to get it. If you aren't willing to work hard to get the grades, then you shouldn't be in this school. You need definite motivation to be here. So I would say that the type of person that shouldn't go to my school is someone who is unmotivated and doesn't care about their degree.

People who like to cruise through life and schoolwork should not attend Florida Tech. Anyone expecting an easy ride or spoonfeeding will not be successfull here. Students who try to make their social life the core of their university expirience is going to run into very serious academic problems early on. All in all, this is not a school for anyone who is not prepared to go the extra mile or put in a few extra hours daily on a daily basis.
