Florida State University Top Questions

Beautiful campus, great students and advisors, access to most everything you need from Malls and Wal-mart to on-campus Starbucks and Chilis. I am in the Exploratory program figuring out exactly what I want to major in. FSU has 1 of the top Exploratory programs in the Nation. They have been very supportive in choosing classes, arranging tutors and giving advice. Their Exploratory program is a model used by many other Universities because of it's success. Dorms are a good size and come with elevated bed, desk, dresser and refridgerators. Nice gym facility, safe surroundings.

The tradition and the football program are what FSU is most known for. I was just happy to be going to school with some of my best friends.

The amount of resources available and the ability to learn about anything.

I brag most about the school spirit and how much of a joy it always is around campus.

I normally brag about the good mix of resources and school spirit. Both of these elements were very important to me when making a decision. If you need help, this school is more than willing to help and give you one on one attention. Also, it provides the great and spirited atmosphere of a big state college, providing a lot of diverse activities.

When it comes to FSU i have a lot to brag about. Not only is it one of the best schools to attend , but it is so legendary, and historic. Learning the history behind FSU contributes a lot in making you a true seminole. A part from the history, FSU focuses more on making the school, student- centered, which is why i believe it is a home away from home. FSU has programs where it is made easier for students to get involved around campus, for example Union Wednesday, a day where organizations unite and express cohesion.

My plans to study abroad. FSU has one of the best International Programs in the country. Students actually travel from all over the USA to study abroad with our program. There are more than 40 programs in a slew of countries, and there are many scholarships available to help subsidize the cost.

My main concerns are studying abroad and a large fan-base for football games. A huge influence on my college decision, Florida State fit both of these qualifications, having one of the best "International Studies" opportunities around, and although our football team somewhat struggled this past season, the fans were crazy and always had fun.

School spirit

The easiest thing to brag about is that I'm NOT a Gator at the University of Florida. More importantly, I always tell my friends how much fun it is to be a Seminole whether in class, at an athletic event, or simply any time being on campus.
