People who shouldn't attend this school is people who are lazy!

Kristen

People who should not attend this school are those who cannot motivate themselves. It is so important to keep up on your work here, so if you don't plan on pushing yourself, this is not the right school for you. The workload is intense and professors expect an awful lot from you. That being said, they are supportive and are happy to help if you're willing to put your best effort in.

Constance

It is not particularly geared for mentally or physically handicapped people. It is a somewhat preppy school, so people with goth, punk, or similar styles might not feel at home at Franklin and Marshall. Any person who is not willing to put a lot of thought or effort into their assignments or classes will not last at this school.

Julia

Students who are looking to cruise through college and party every night should not attend Franklin and Marshall. F&M is too demanding and the class sizes are too small to skip classes and turn in assignments. My freshman year, I lived on a hall a student who did nothing but party and skip class. He dropped out after a month. A student who is not willing to dedicate the majority of his day doing homework should not attend F&M, for that often is how you spend your time here.

Lisa

There isn't a big arts scene, it's mostly rich, upper middle class white kids from private schools.

Samantha

someone who doesn't drink

If you are not a hard-worker, or at the very least driven, you are wasting your time and money at F&M. Although you may make fantastic friendships and go to great parties here, academically you will be very unhappy if you cannot deal with professors who push you to do your best and raise the bar above your own level of standards. The workload is too rigorous, and the potential experiences (both academic and fun) too amazing to be wasted on a student who will not take advantage of it all.

Samantha

A lazy person. The workload is incredibly intense and you must be very driven and focused to be able to succeed here.

Kam

Someone who needs a lot of space and also needs a much bigger city/class atmosphere.

Brandon

Anyone who is interested in a more hands on learning experience. Pretty much anyone will fit into this college, just have to be willing to work hard.
