Yes and No. There definitely a lot of douche-bags on campus but there are serious students and really nice people as well.

It's about half true. There's a lot of Long Island types but the clear majority of GW is comprised of motivated, politically-minded students who are looking to make the most of 4 years in the Nation's capital.

Not everyone is rich, there are definitely some kappas that do coke (personally walked in on them), politics are very much so there but they are avoidable and there are plenty of other things to do in DC

I would say, just as any college, there are a lot of rich people, but overall, GW's students are very friendly and there aren't many cliques.

While alot of kids are wealthy at this school not everyone is. I know more then a few people working their way through college

These stereotypes are commpletely innacuate. GW offers so many opportunities for finacial assistance for its students.

Although a large portion of GW students are from the east coast or are Jewish, the stereotypes are not accurate. GW students come from a huge range of socioeconomic, ethnic and geographic backgrounds.
