I consider numbers to be the best thing about my school. There are never to many students in a classroom to the point where a professor has to acknowlege you by a number rather than your first and last name. The number of students who attend my school is very at a very good medium, because you meet so many new people but are able to keep up with the many people throught the years. The numbers are also great for networking. You can create a one-on-one realtionship with professors, staff members and coaches.

The students here are like one big family. They are there for everything you need. If you want to go to walmart someone will take you. If you need notes someone will give them to you. If you just need someone to study with there is someone for that too. The students at Hampton are very friendly and help each other all the time.

I would recomment that the student really come and looks at Hampton University before attending. Notice the workers and how the people treat you. Overall, I came here because my father wanted me to go but I wouldn't have attended it if he didn't want me to. I think that the name hypes it up to more than what it really is. I now have student loans and I really need money to help pay them off.

The strong alumni, and history behind the diffrent buildings. My personal Fav. is the fact that the Emancipation Oak tree sits on the outer edge of campus.

Its diverse and has many opportunities.

I consider the students and the school's journalism program the best thing about my school.

I consider the environment a great atmosphere. The water surrounds the campus by three sides by beautiful blue water. Communities around the university support students to do well by encouraging support performances.

With any school it is, what you make it and Hampton University is no diferent. People have to be willing to put themselves out there to get what they want which is helpful in the real world to succeed. It is a cut-throat world and Hampton University prepares its students for it. In my opinion, this is the best thing Hampton has to offer because sure every school educates their students, but not every school prepares their students for what they eventually have to face.

The natural setting and intensive coursework.

The best thing about my university is the students that attend. The majority of the student are very welcoming and focused. Students know what they want and they strive to achieve their goals. Students also work together to make the best out of what our university has to offer.
