What's the most frustrating thing about Indiana University-Purdue University-Fort Wayne?

Matthew

Trying to find parking for class on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

The most frustrating thing about IPFW is that there are not many classes offered, and so as a freshmen, I really get the short end of the stick. It's upsetting that I cannot move forward in some classes as I move forward throughout my years of college. In order to get into already filled classes, you need the professor's permission, but I have yet to recieve that for the classes I wanted to take this semester.

Jordan

Honestly, I'm really impressed with the way IPFW runs things. The professors are great and really know how to get you to want to listen. The only real complaint I have is the parking situation. The parking lots they have aren't clearly stated as to whether or not students are allowed to park there, and the parking garage they have is always very congested and can sometimes take a long time to get parked. Other than that I have been really happy with my experience here at IPFW.

The most frustrating thing about my school would have to be that the practice rooms in the music building are not sound proof. This frustrates me because while I am trying to practice my instruments, I constantly get disrupted by others next-door trying to practice theirs. The school barely offers any jobs on campus either. In addition, the shuttle system isn't very reliable.

Samantha

The most frustrating thing about my school is trying to find out who my academic advisor is and then getting a meeting with them.

Nicholas

The most frustrating thing about my school is the fact that it is a "commuter campus". There is no actual student housing on campus. Granted there is some across the street. But i feel that having student housing on campus helps build friendships. They have designated "Commuter Lounges" which is nice. That allows you to sit and talk or study with others who also commute. I am a commuter by the way.

I am not able to take all of the classes I need to become and animator, I am at a community college so right now i can only get an Associates of Applied Sciences in Visual Communication and then transfer to another school to get a Bacholer's degree.

Parking. If you want to live in the campus housing, they are hard to get into because there isn't enough rooms for the demand so most people live off campus...
