I dont like how easy it is to get into the school

AT THIS TIME I CANT THINK OF A THING I LOVE MY SCHOOL AND MY CHEFS! I GET THE HELP I NEED AND THE ANSWERS I NEED YOU JUST HAVE TO ASK .

They say that they are career focused and that they have a great job placement record, but when I said I couldn't find work related to my field, I didn't get a lot of help and now I am working at a job completely unrelated to my undergrad degree. No to mention, I am very underpaid for what I assumed a college grad would be paid.

The dining hall food. :-(

The food. Not only the quality and variety or lack there of but also the inflexibility of the food plan.

The one thing that bothers me is that a lot of students end up in a great deal of debt once gradutation comes around. The curriculum is worth the price depending on your major but it also hard for students that dont have that much money to afford to go this school even for the first two years.

The worst thing about Johnson & Wales is the strong left-wing views. It is ok to have an opinion but not to the extreme the professors take. I thought my United States political government class was being taught by Karl Marx.

The worst thing would be how the campuses are so spread out from each other.

They don't give enough credit to the technology part of my school. Our biggest majors are culinary and business, but there's so much more.

I consider the cost of my school a major importance. if you do not receive financial aid then your loans can be high.

Greek life is only 3 {4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the population. I am greek and we are not really known on campus, but we contribute a lot.

The financial aid...they need to provide more financial aid.

The city has limited or no parking so commutting is nearly impossiable unless you walk. also believe that it is really expensive but what isn't . i wish the attendance policy (only 2 day off for normal class 1 for a lab) was not as strict either but it keeps us in line.

I would consider the worst thing about JWU to be, the management of the money. Tuition isn't on a Ivy League scale but it isn't cheap either and I think they could use it better than they do. We have more office space than we do dorms or classrooms and parking is a major issue. They are constantly trying to by more property which in my mind is more costly than rennovating what they already have.

The worst thing about Johnson & Wales University is that there is no school spirit or anything that brings the students together. We are not like an LSU or some SEC school that has a common cause like a dedicated football team. Students here do not get involved socially enough.

The uniforms, attendance standards, and all the crazy fire-codes that the residence halls have to abide by. We can't have anything on our doors even!

Thw worst thing about my school is the cost of tuition. Currently, this is the second loan I had to take out in my name just so I could attend school. And if the school does not get the money on the exact day it is due, your class schedule is erased and you are no longer enrolled at the University. The school should do a better job with school costs especially for those who are struggling to succeed in today's society.

Housing. Housing is not guarunteed for upper classmen, so it was difficult to find housing due to the fact I cannot afford an appartment.

Every other major is overshadowed by the culinary program, and is often forgotten.
