What kind of person should not attend Mississippi State University?

People who like big cities, people who are not interested in pre-professional majors or engineering, and people who can't get along with a campus that is largely conservative.

I honestly cannot say that someone should not attend because I know people from my high school that were very different from a lot of the other students but they have found friends like them. You get out of college what you put into it. Academically, it is not the best school for pre-law, or pre-med but MSU has a great engineering and vet school!

Someone who isn't openminded to different cultures or activities probably shouldn't attend MSU. Also, if you prefer a small college or a private college, I wouldn't suggest coming to State.

I think that MSU is pretty accepting of just about any type of person. People here are overall friendly and accepting of anyone. We've got a little bit of every kind of personality in the students.
