I consider the prestige of my school the best thing. I am from Ohio and i know that everybody in this state wants to attend the Ohio State University. I went to Florida over the summer going into my Freshman year of college and even people from Florida thought it was awesome that I would be attending the Ohio State University.

"Thee Ohio State University" has an infinite number of positive things to offer its students, but the thing that I find the most appealing is the quality of instructors that work their. The professors at O.S.U. are considered experts in their feilds and they bring a great deal of knowledge into the classes they teach.

Tradition is the best thing about Ohio State. Everyone here is united in their love for the school. Alumni are here to care for us and we have tradition passed down from generations and generations. It really can't be beat. So many memories can be made here and there are more opportunities here than any other school. I love all the people I've met and all the opportunites I've already embraced. Ohio State is perfect in every way. The people are friendly, the teachers are good, and truly anything is possible here.

The best thing about this school is all of the oppurtunities that are availible. Here there are numerous activities that will help with your learning experience or that is just fun to do and give you a understanding of something new and interesting.

The atmosphere. There is a constant stream of activities that are planned for students to participate in, many of them being free, so that you will never be bored. One day there will be a showing of Boondock Saints the next day there is the Yule Tide Ball. :) With so many clubs and activities, if you find yourself bored and without plans then it is all your fault.

OSU is a well known school and is highly accredited. It looks good on job applications.

I believe the best thing about my school is the diversity. I really like how there are many different students of different enthnicities and with different backgrounds. With this school having over 50,000 students this is expected, but I have no experienced any diversity like this before. In my high school, it was basically just black, white, or bi-racial. Since my school has so much to offer it is kind of hard to just pick the best thing, so another thing I like is the fact that research is so important here.

The best thing about my school would have to be the people. There are various types of people from all over the state, country, and world present at this university. I can have an interesting conversation at any time because I am surrounded by people who have had different experiences and have different beliefs than I do. Life is never boring at Ohio State. Just moving into the dorms offers students the opportunity to become submerged in a variety of cultures and ethnicities. It is intriguing to learn how others live and think, and OSU allows you to do this.
