What I wanted to major in.

There's nothing I wished I had known, other than knowing how hard the workload was in high school. High school did not prepare me very well for college, and I had to do a lot to try and catch up after my first two semesters. I had fallen behind and my grades suffered because of it. I just wish I had known how hard I was going to have to try when I came here.

Be ready for what you are getting into and start out well, you you can relaxe the last two years here. College classes are not much different from high school, so study and go to class.

How huge the classes are and how much you really are on your own.

I wish I had known how heavy greek life is and what social life is actually like here and the fact that there isn't anything all that interesting to do off campus.

I wish I had realized how conservative the place was. I'm not an indiana native so that was a bit shocking---I'm used to college campuses being more liberal, even in conservative states. This wouldn't have changed my decision to come here, it's just that the heads up would have been nice.

This will be the best four years of your life!
