Rivier College is a small powerful college. It is close by, which is helpful, but I like it for many other reasons. It has a great reputation for the nursing field. The campus is very easy to access, class sizes are small and everyone is very professional. I am an older student and was never made to feel like I was out of place at this school.

The best thing about this school is the availbity of the teachers. Many of them will give out thier home numbers, they are always there for the students. It is nice to knwo that no matter what there are teachers that care and will help thier students in the best way they can.

The best thing about my school is definitely the nursing department. We have a special wing with labs that are set up like a hospital and have actual hospital equipment and dummies that can talk and can function like a human with different medical problems. It is very hands on and a great way to practice and prepare for clinicals.

The best thing about my school is the incredible education program that Rivier College is known for. Having hands on classroom experience in local elementary schools as well as caring and knowledgeable professors has made my experience at Rivier very interesting and exciting. Graduating with a degree in Elementary Education AND Special Ed, is not something most colleges do, but Rivier does it! Rivier has an excellent program and I know it will make me an incredible teacher.
