Saint Cloud State University has a reputation of being a party and drinking school, but in reality it is what you make of; the University truly has the upper hand in some areas, for example the teaching program, the Herberger College of Business, and the Study Abroad department which offers many programs and sends not only SCSU students abroad but also students from other schools in Minnesota and the greater United States.

This school is very big with a diverse population, most of which party two or more nights a week, there are some very intelligent students/professors here though.
