I would tell myself that it is extremely important to plan out your continuing education financially, so apply for as many grants and scholorships as you can. Focus on your studies, as the knowledge will be priceless, and the people you meet can be valuable. Do not do anything that will hinder your academic performance, such as drugs and alcohol. Try to go to school every day, and be on time. Try out new techniques, like recording what you study on audio, then playing it back as you sleep, or when you study in class. Involve yourself in volunteer activities, and sports, because they will introduce you to new friends that may become important in life. Know which goals you wish to achieve in life, and make preparations to accomplish those goals. Find inspiration in life and stay positive. Ignore pessimism and negativity, because they will slow you down. Imagine the world as a place you would enjoy living in, and take steps to make your images become a reality. Never quit reaching for your dreams, because winners never quit, and quitters never win. Believe you can make this world a better place to live in, because you definitely can.
