I think someone who has never seen Simmons College would think it is very small and it is very true. Every academic building that a student may need to go to is located in a small area in the Fenway area. It is literally a 30 second walk from one building to another. It is not your typical large campus college because it is located in the middle of the city (with an exception of Boston University which is huge!). The residence campus is beside Emmanuel College, so students that are dorming need to walk a 7-10 min to their dorms.

My school is great education wise; I am learning a lot and know it will help me in the future. The environment is not that great though - it is hard being a minority at this school since I occassionally get stared at by others who go here. Hate crimes happen ocassionally as a result of some people's ignorance. I'm hoping Simmons will have more minority students in the future.
