spring arbor university is best know for their application of the liberal arts in a contemporary world. we are know for our devotion to our studies, our community and our love For God. we are also known for our incorporation of faith into the academic curriculum and this is used to help students see things from a much broader perspective.

I think Spring Arbor University is best known for their Mission Statement. "Our Christ-centered mission is to develop and empower dedicated professional educators committed to student learning in a global society." SAU offered a perfect solution to my academic woes. The 2 year degree completion program, and attending class one evening a week fit nicely into my schedule. I enjoy the small class size and easy access to every resource I could possibly need to graduate. The SAU staff and professors have supported me through the program every step of the way. I am looking forward to graduation!

It is known for it's hard work, it's dedication to a Christian life, and for it's outstanding art program. The teachers are dedicated to the students succeeding and if we fail, they fail. We work together to bring each other up and our grades and our habits. Doing all this while centering our focus of Jesus Christ we are fighters, hard workers, compassionate about all we do and all the teachers teach. Our art program is highly ranked in the state & is a heavily disciplined group, and even teachers are involved in entering work.

My School is best known for the community it provides its students.

SAU is known for being a friendly community with strong academics. Growing closer and deeper with Christ is a main goal besides the academic part of college and offer many religious events. SAU is a home away from home and the students and faculty here are wonderful and I couldn't be happier anywhere else.

Our school is best known for it's community. Everyone is som inviting, and loving. The teachers truley love thier jobs, and come right up along students to help them achieve their degree. Your peers are right there to help support you in any way they can. To really get an idea of this community let me tell a quick story. A girl was diagnosed with cancer, and almost every person came forward and laid their hands on her and lifted her up in prayer. She is now cancer free.

My school is best known for being a Christian University, a reputation that it surely lives up to. Spring Arbor offers a loving environment that is hard to find anywhere else. Students, professors, and staff members truly care about each other here, and will go out of their way to help others. I have never experienced a place where everyone is so nice to each other. Whether it be a "Hello" as you pass by, or someone offering to pray for you, Spring Arbor truly offers an environment that is one in a million.

I would say that my school is best known for its Christ centered education. It not only has the label of "Christian college" but it seeks to set rules in place that help guide students in their walk as a Christian. Though some say there are too many rules, they are only to try and help students learn discipline, and to keep them on the right track.

My school is best known for the strong encouragement and support for academic excellence. The faculty encourages students to excel and the students encourage, supports, and uplift all students to perform at their maximum potential. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly which helps to keep me focused and motivated.

Spring Arbor is known for its community within the individual dorms as well as between students and faculty.

I was a part-time student in the RN to BSN Nursing program. It was a one night a week class, we had 16 students that stuck it out and graduated. Most of the faculty were Master prepared nurses of some kind. So having the faculty as mentors with the experience in the same field really allowed for a trustworty and open-communication environment. We had potlucks every week and birthday parties, engagement parties and baby showers for our fellow students. Spring Arbor was like a family, we all helped each other toward graduation. We still keep in touch.

They have really good Education and Business programs. We are also known for our small campus and we have a pretty good soccer/basketball team.

My school is probably known best for Porchfest. It's an annual event at the end of the year hosted by Ormston hall where staff and students do live parodies and skits on Ormstons porch while everyone watches from the lawn. Hundreds of people always come, many start setting out couches and blankets hours before the event even starts and just hang with friends and wait.

I would say that Spring Arbor University is best known for being a school where people can come to not only gain a respectable education but also friends that will last an entire lifetime. People reach out at SAU. They pull you in and welcome you right off the bat. It's almost like one huge family :)

My school is best known for its Christian community. At Spring Arbor University we are a community of learners. We apply our Christian faith to the people around us and to those far away. We are a liberal arts university . This factor helps the students to not only be trained specifically in their major but as well as well rounded.
