Spring Arbor University Top Questions

What's unique about your campus?

Jonathan

The orientation into a college atmosphere is a point that Spring Arbor stresses. They have a required course that introduces you to college life and the study of the liberal arts. They show you all that you need to be successful at school here--socially and academically.

Joshua

The professors and the friendly community environment are the best part of my school. The professors are there because they love what they teach and really want to see their students succeed. Also, the students at Spring Arbor University are very friendly and accepting. It's like having a second family away from home. I have made some great friendships here that I hope will last long after graduation.

Matthew

The best thing would definitely have to be the atmosphere. I just really love how kind and friendly people are at Spring Arbor University. I have never been one for school spirit, probably never will be but, at SAU people have God Spirit. I am totally down with that! Whoo Hoo for Jesus! My school is awesome because the presence of God is always near.

Lillian

The absoulute best thing about my school is the community! Everyone is so diverse which make a great base for learning more about different types of people

Kaleigh

The sense of community here. People here feel like their college friends are their family, and you typically know at least one person in every one of your classes.

Emily

The friendliness of the students, professors and other faculty.

Tamara

I love my school's online education for adults. I returned to school at age 49 to complete my degree, and my school made the process inviting and painless.

Rebecca

As an adult learner I am happy with the accelerated pace of classes. I enjoy working on only one class at a time, but still being a full-time student.

Samantha

The Degree Completion Program works well with adults that have to both work and finish their education. Their classes are challenging, and the timing is excellent. It is great to be able to interact with other adults while attending college, as well. I don't have to deal with the post-high-school drama that is so prevalent in the college freshmen's minds. As an enrollee in a DCP, I believe that such programs are the best things found in education today.

Gretchen

The friendliness and Christ-centered asmosphere are truly the best characteristics of my university.

Andrew

There is a high availability of things to get involved with.

Nathan

There are three things that I absolutely love about attending Spring Arbor University. The first thing that I like is the emphasis on Jesus Christ. I love that Spring Arbor is a community of learners focused on honoring Christ. The classes at the university also have an emphasis on our Creator and living in his Kingdom. The second thing that I enjoy about SAU is the community that is built. It is so easy to make friends and build strong, lasting relationships here! The third thing that I like about the school is that professors really care about their students.

Rebecca

The small class sizes made learning fun and easy. Staying in the same location for classes with the same people gave continuity to school which added to the ease of learning.

Kristin

The best thing about Spring Arbor is the size of the school. It is easy to make friends and makes an engaging environment to learn. Because of the size of Spring Arbor, the professors are very involved in helping students. The size makes for great interaction between students and students and professors and students.

Samantha

Spring Arbor University is extremely flexible, offering programs for the traditional and non-traditional student alike. Their staff is friendly, professional, and extremely competant. The education and training they provide is excellent, and their standards are high. The curriculum is challenging without being impossible: a stiff wind that blows away the chaff. I believe that SAU's committment to educational excellence is their best possible trait, followed by their committment to Christ in work and education.

Stephanie

The best thing about Spring Arbor is definitely the community that there is around campus. The school is big enough that everyone doesn't know everyone but people tend to be close to one another.

Elise

I like that the school is a Christian-based school that also has a very liberal view on the world. The Conservative principles govern the school, but allows the students to branch out from their roots.
