I have nothing I wish I had known about Texas State before I started attending. There were no unpleasent suprises. The only thing I wish I had known is that my parents were not going to be paying for my education. My parents were in the process of a divorce and they could not pay for my education. I was able to take out an emergency loan my freshman year just before payment was due. The faculty at the Financial aid office helped guide me through the loan process so I could stay in school.
