Describe the students at Texas Tech University.

Caroline

So far, my classmates here at Texas Tech are very intelligent young adults who are eager to learn and excel in the classroom.

Lindsay

Overall, my classmates are friendly, conscientious and hard-working indivduals.

Rachel

In most of my classes that I have already taken, sometimes its hard to get to know other students because there's three hundred other kids in your class. But in my smaller one, all of the kids were really nice because they were in the same situation as me.

Guy

My classmates are generally nice, but tend to keep to themselves unless sharing notes or working on projects together.

Noah

Classmates for the most part are hard working and because very few of the professors have attendance policies the students who show up to every class really want to be there and for that reason tend to do well.

Andrew

My classmates are fun, independent, self-sufficient artists who gauge success not on what others think of their work, but on how hard they worked to be where they are.

Tia

My classmates this semester were all very nice and helped to stimulate learning in the classroom. They contributed to the discussions and brought new ideas and thoughts to the table. My classmates were all willing to share their help each other out and even formed study groups together. I made many friends this semester through my classes. Everyone was very polite and respectful and honestly interested in making new friends. Their willingness to bond together made studying easy and fun.

Amanda

My classmates are usually very serious but they are also funny and laidback.

Harrison

They want a good job when they graduate.

Kaylee

Students are quite varied. Some party every weekend night and some never party. Also, almost all are very concentrated on their studies while some, like at any other college, go because either they are being forced to go by parents or go because they have the money but neither of these types put all they have into their education. With both types of students, the ones who do and do not study, come from places all over the United States and beyond, and can have very interesting conversations (while some still fall asleep in class).
