The best thing about my school is the convience in how easy it is to get to the campus from my house. The classes are smaller than normal university classes and also a lot cheaper. A lot of the teachers are very cool and relaxed. They are willing to help you out if you need it and will do as much as they possible can for you.

The people in this school are amazing, specifically the staff. The staff here genuinely care for their students. It is endearing and comforting to know that the professors are enthusiastic about helping and teaching the students.

The best thing about TMCC is the size. I just graduated high school a year ago and did not know how I would adjust to the class sizes because I believed they would be huge, they are not. I always feel very engaged in what is going on in my classroom and teacher's give you one on one time better with only 40 students in a class and not 300 like at UNR.

The best thing about my school is that the place is really small which actually makes it easier for students to succeed. You get extra help from teachers, mentors and staff. They also have such great programs just as the nursing. Their potential is really competent. Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is a magnificent school to succeed in life.

The best thing about Truckee Meadow Community College is that there are less students in a class as compared to any university. So students gets more chance to interact with the professor in case of difficulty in the course and one gets to understand more with few students than with a class having bunch of students.

The best thing about TMCC is there 2 year transfer program, its allowing me to save money and get a better education. The credits I am currently taking satisfy UNR requierments there for, I will be a Junior with the correct amount of credits and moving on to a better life.

Truckee Meadows for me is a booster school its helping me getting down all my core classes and is helping prepare me for bigger things. The best thing is I?m getting my associates degree for a lot less money and its helping me transfer to the University of Nevada Reno. Without this community college I probably wouldn?t have been able to afford college all together. It?s help minimize the loans I?ve needed to take out and given me a broader education.

The price and size of my school is what I would consider it's assets. Tuition is just a fraction of what it would be if I were attending a university. Now days, that is handy, considering it takes five or six pay checks to cover tuition and books. Aside from tuition, TMCC's class sizes are not only managable, but close. Because the school only has three buildings on the Dandini Campus, students, like me, can quickly get to class during the fifteen minute intervals some of us face.

Flexability in the type (campus, internet) of classes offered & times available is the best thing about my school. As a working adult, this is the main reason I selected this school over others in the area. Not only does it make it easier for me to work into my schedule, but because it is a community college, it is also a better fit with my limited budget.
