Although classes can be difficult, I love the way the professors teach the material in an engaging way. Between all the studying, there are so many opportunities to meet new people and make new memories. You'll never get bored because the events and activities are endless!

The University of Georgia is not only prestigious-- and becoming more so each day-- and has a beautiful campus, but is full of history, tradition, and spirit. These things bring a campus of 35,000 students together to a family. I've visited many universities, but none could compare to the Bulldawg Nation. Game day excitement starts the semester before and game day cheers are sung throughout the streets daily. History is written on plaques around campus and there is a traditions book kept to ensure the history is learned and cherished. UGA is full of pride and hard work.

The food is TO DIE FOR. Bolton is one of a kind, but the other three are top-notch too. I never get bored. I'm genuinely going to miss being on meal-plan and when I get in an apartment of my own, I might go back on meal-plan and save myself the trouble of shopping and cooking for myself. It's too good not to pass up! Also, everyone is so in love with the University of Georgia. "There is no tradition more worthy of envy. No institution worthy of such loyalty as the University of Georgia."

The first things that comes to mind when I consider bragging about the University of Georgia is unity. There is an enormous amount of diversity at this school, but desite each individual's racial, political, or religious background, we are all united on the fact that we are Georgia Bulldogs. Football game days are the best display of this because strangers start high-fiving and hugging each other when our team is doing well. Students and alumni alike are forever part of this very large family.

The University of Georgia offers an incredible amount of social aspects that make the challenging academics worthwhile. For me, I can be a little biased. Being a cheerleader here, I have the opportunity to experience an incredible amount of athletic events and various events within the community. My personal favorite is Saturdays in Athens during football season, which gives an overwhelming sense of unity that I haven't encountered elsewhere. But this radiates far beyond the stadium, the campus offers so much for each and everyone that makes me feel included no matter where I go on campus.

Chelsea

I mainly brag about the ministries that I am involved in. I am a small group leader for the UGA Wesley Foundation, and it has played a major role in strengthening my relationship with the Lord. I absolutely love the freshmen girls that I lead each week and the worship and sermons that I hear Wednesday and Monday nights. I also brag about the friends I have made because I attend UGA. The campus, hands down, convinced me that UGA was the school for me. Since I was in fourth grade UGA had been my dream school, but I was never more sure until I visited the campus for the very first time. The water fountain, the spacious green lawns, the arch, all put together to make the most beautiful campus I had yet seen. It was enough to drag me from Johns Creek all the way to Athens in a heart beat. I could not wait to start college and live the dream of any soon-to-be college student.
