Education, you do get taught well and you will be walking out knowing something.

The people here are really helpful, and there is always something going on that you can get involved with. I love the campus, it is quite beautiful. Even when I am stressed out I can feel stress free here.

For me, this would be the size of the school, the size of the town of Moscow, and the close proximety to my home town, which is about 2 1/2 hours away. I grew up in a small area, but branched out to numerous othe towns and high schools for activities and friends. I enjoy coming home to see my family and to watch my brother's sporting events. I am in a sorority and enjoy that a lot and have made a lot of friends.

I would consider the range of opportunities available for students to be the best thing about the University of Idaho.

Applying for scholarships. I never thought I was able to go back to school. I have a dream to obtain a degree. I am more determined to continue my education now more than ever. Because I am legally blind I am more persistent. I called the University of Idaho regarding any means of support services. They helped me get back to college. Loss of my sight was a big adjustment in my life. The abnormal is my norm. Even though being blind is difficult, I have learned to work past it to continue my education. Thanks to U of I!

The University of Idaho offers an great deal of resources to their students. This university truely wants to see their students succeed and do everything in its power to help everyone achieve their goals. There is always something for everyone with a huge range of interests and majors.

I like how small the University of Idaho is. It is a very tight knit community. It's lovely for getting to know people, especially your teachers.

The best thing about my school is the help that you recieve. There are various groups that you can join. The professors have all been very helpful with any questions. They offer you tutors in any area that you may need a little extra help. If you are struggling in the writing area there is a writing center. The Native American Student Center has been very helpful for, because of my ethnicity. The university offers so many more services that are very helpful.

I returned to school after being gone for 18 years. I was accepted and welcomed back without any challenges.

I think the best thing about my school is how it's maller and allows you to truly connect with students and professors and you personally get to know your professors. The school is dedicated to making sure that each student has a full chance and opportunity to get the quality and get the most out of their experience.

The city is a perfect city for college, not too big and not too small. The people are great and the professors are the best.

The school spirit and the perfectly sized community. It's easy to make friends and interact with teachers. Everyone loves being a Vandal and Moscow is the perfect college town.

When it comes to the U of I, the best thing about it is the friendlyness of the professors. They are always so eager to help you with any problem you may encounter. This is a very important part of a college, especially freshman year. College is a huge change in comparison to high school, and when it comes to academics it is very nice to have a professor that is more than happy to help you out.

The student to teacher relationship. I know many of my teachers by name and can easily approach most in and outside of the classroom. I love have smaller classes so they are more interactive and actually makes you pay attention, unlike huge lecture halls where dozing off normally occurs.

I would have to say the surrounding area is the best part of the school. I love the mountains and snow, so it makes it that much more fun.

The campus in the fall is one of the best I've ever seen. I also love the student to teacher ratio and how people grow together in the programs throughout the years.

Very undergraduate friendly, the professors are very helpful and willing to work with undergraduates to give them experience in their field. It has made all the difference in my education.

How friendly the staff is. I feel very welcome.

The best thing about this school is the student to teacher ratio in classroom settings. Non-Lecture classes are a very hands on or very interactive, participation is the main key to most professors. One will become very close to their professors and feel comfortable coming to them for any acdemic or personal problem.

Our social networkings in the Residence Halls. The Residence Hall Association (RHA) encourages the residence halls to become active by scheduling events exclusively for the residence halls. The Residence Assisstants (RAs) schedule hall events to get the hall more involved. The residence halls here at the University of Idaho become families like that often described in the Fraternities and Soroities.
