Time management is key, especially if you work (don't work more than 20 hours per week!); a lot needs to be done and it's never-ending until the end of the semester.

These people should also be extroverted in order to get involved, others sometimes are not going to come to them. This is a hands-on institution, everyone does their part to help in making the school what it is today.
