My school is very rural and it is not a extremely big town which I am used to and where all the other schools I applied for. That is the beauty about my school because it is located in a small town where a lot of people are friendly oriented and care about their town.

My school is rated the second most beautiful campus in the United States. We are also the fisrt University to have a pride week as well as a school dance.

It is the most clean campus I have ever been on.

I think the unique thing about my school is that it's an HBCU and that we are still standing. Most people tend to think the HBCU's don't do enough to help educate its students,but that is not true. There are plenty of opportunites and resources available to students. The students just need to use them. The proffessors truly try to help all that go here to succeed. I enjoy this university.

There really is no difference they are just like any other HBCU.

One unique thing about my school is that it is the first HBCU to ever have a PGA (golf) program. Another unique thing about my school is that we pay for every little thing (even though we pay a recreation fee), but I honestly think all that money goes to the decorating of the exterior campus. You will never see the grass not green and the flowers not in full blossom! Another unique thing is, we have a bowling alley (and team) on campus.

The Campus is absolutely gourgeous.

The university I attend is unique from all the others is that it is a well atmosphere to study on. The students there are fun to hang out with. Classes are a nice size to learn and pay attention to the teachers in. Organization there at the school is good and activities are quite okay too. Other schools I considered are far out and and more money for tuition. Since I am at UMES I have grown to like it there and awaiting my big day to graduate from there. I have grown to know my professors well also.
