This phenomenal school brings together a vast array of students from around the world, contributing in a plethora of meaningful ways. The faculty is extraordinary, always accommodating and gracious; they are willing to cater to many needs, which can be challenging when dealing with learners at different levels, paces, and unique learning styles. My dual take-away will be my new friendships, the desire to be a life-long learner, and to be a future educator in my field. Certainly, there can be no higher compliment for an institution’s graduates to set out with the intention to learn—forever.

The best thing about my school is the online classes. I am able to complete my entire degree program online.

I believe the best thing about UMUC is the amount of available classes each semster. There has not been one semester where I was worried about whether or not I would be able to meet my goals for the current or next semester. If you are not able to find a face to face class you will definately find an online class. UMUC will even open a new class that they do not offer if you are able to find eight other people that want to take the same class. UMUC is a great institution.

The flexibility is the best thing about this school. You make your own schedule, and can take a full time course load but never take more than 1 or 2 classes at a time (thanks to staggered semesters). It's great; you can complete your degree faster and at a great price!

What I consider the best thing about my school is the ability to take classes at home with a full time job. Since I am in the military, the ability to still take classes in different countries is a great plus.

I enjoy the school because it is an online school that I can access even though I live approx. 3 hours from the campus. It brings many people from different walks of life together and allows me to not only further myself in my major, but it also allows me to branch out and learn about people who I may have never been given the chance to meet. The instructors are always helpful and the advisors are the best you could ask for. Definitely one of the best schools available to any type of student with any passion.

I attend this school online. I am a single mom of 3 young children whose father does not cooperate. Being able to attend school online makes it possible for me to work towards my goals.

The best thing about my school, outside of having a good program for my Business Administration major, is the class flexibility. It is perfect for a working mom like myself. Time management is signifigantly important to me when juggling a full time job and three small children.

They always have my classes available.

The school that I attend allows for flexibility for military members and their families. The classes are offrered face to face, online or a combination of the two. They go wherever in the world that military sends its members.

One thing I love about my school is the fact that ot offers the major that a lot of schools don't currently offer and that is cyber-security. When I was searching for this major I could not find anywhere until I was flipping through the newspaper and it said earn your masters in cyber-security. I made the call and I have been happy ever since.

The fact that my school is an online and on-campus school is awesome. I get the online experience with the prestigue of saying I attend the University of Maryland, even though I currently live in another state.

The best thing about the school I attend is that I am able to work at my own pace. I can take as many or as few classes per semester as I want to, and I only have to take them two at a time, and I can still fit in 5 or 6 courses per semester because of the way that the 8 week courses break down. This allows me to earn my degree at a much quicker pace, which is good because it has taken me this long to get here.

I like the fact that the school has a specific degree for cyber security. I currently live in Arizona and haven't found a school that's specific to cyber security--just a few classes. I also like how the classes are online and 8 weeks, and how down to earth my teachers are! They're so willing to help me with any questions I have and if I have more problems, there's always tutors that are very helpful!
