There is a large population of students at Montevallo who are not yet sure what their life course will be. Being a liberal arts school, many people begin attendance to cover basic courses, and as they progress through their college career they generally become more specific with their goals. Classes are small, so it is easy to interact with professors on an idividual basis. Therefore, help is readily available to students who actively seek it, and this is a wonderful tool for success.
