UNT has an decent free tutoring centers, they aren't great and sometimes too crowded but can be absolute lifesavers if one has patience.

I'm an Resident Assistant in the dorms and I love the importance UNT puts on us to get freshmen involved in school activities. We are required to keep up with the residents on our hallways to make sure the are preforming well academically as well as socially. It's the best job I've ever had the opportunity of doing. I remember how intimated I was as a freshman and it's wonderful to be able to give just a little guidence these kids.

The best thing about UNT is how affordable it is compared to most four year universities.

The best thing about our school is out technology, the school upgrades every other year to make sure that students are getting the most current infomation for their learning needs.

The area

The Best thing about this school is the number of concerts that are performed through the College Of Music. The COM performes over 1,000 concerts per performance season.

The best thing about the University of North Texas is the amount of help students can seek from tutors, professors, peers, psychologists and further people.

I like many of the instructors for my major courses, because they are engaging and they know what they are talking about. I like the campus, and the people on it. It is beautiful and overall people are nice. I met the love of my life here. :o)

The best thing about my school is that it is located 30 min from the city and when I need time to get away I can, but still able to handle my business.

UNT has taken steps to becoming a Green and Sustainable campus. Seeing the school take a role in building sustainable buildings and educating the students to respect their world and take better care of their environment is the leadersip that I am most proud of because I am an environmentalist and have been for the past 15 years.

The best thing about the University of North Texas is the aspect of diversity. UNT is very liberal and allows freedom of expression to take place each day by allowing different groups and individuals to express their views. On Campus Green, each group or individual can speak freely of their views on religion, politics, or anything else they want to inform the public on. I believe this gives each student the ability to express their views and feel comfortably about doing so.

Even though the courses can be challenging the university of north texas does well with providing fun activities at no cost (besides tuition). the activities like the mean green fling and the mean green blow out have a great way of bringing the campus together for fun! the friends i have made will be lifelong friends that i will love forever. the teacher are, for the most part, great! my best experience has been meeting people and forming life long bonds!

The best thing about The University of North Texas is the photography department. We are taught by some of the top working professional photographers. They keep us up to date on the new career changes in the field, such as in the digital technology. We learn on new equipment any alternative processes. We are visited and lectured by career professionals doing interesting work in the field of photography.
