University of Phoenix-Online Campus Top Questions

Our School truely cares, have help and guidence needed. One on one time with teachers, and classroom are organized. A feeling of equality to mold a goal, a life, a future, and a motivated plan to acheive. I didnt come from college graduates, or highschool graduates. But where I am now, and my plan for my future motivates me what I need to succede. Other schools doesnt make sure everyone has understanding of the long run. Advisors encourages students. Someone to care how well we do, be there every step of the way should we get confused, frustrated, or overwhelmed.

Due to schedule and where I live, I wanted online only. I am over 40-I do not want to sit in a classroom at 7PM with 20 year olds. Cost, program I desired, and online were all factors I considered.

This school does have amazing resources for their online environment.

University of Phoenix is unique because it is all done online. Even though all the classes are online there is still a feeling of community with my istructors and classmates. I feel like I am part of a class but we just are not all on at the sametime. Other colleges that I looked at wanted me to commit to a time and place making it impossible for me to work.

This school handles all problems and follow through until the issue is handled.

My jouney with UOP started on campus and I loved the in class learning experience. Years ago right after I graduated from high school I also attented UON at Kearney. I wasn't successful after high school but since returning and going to UOP I have a purpose and the school has pushed me to be responsible for my actions and my work. There is a sense of accomplishment I am getting from attending this school and I am very grateful for the opportunity.

Not too many schools offer online classes. Also there is not a typical lecture that happens.

It is hands on and you get the skills that you need to work out in the actual field. The school has labs that are set up like the facility/field you are going to work in and uses the same equipment as the companies int hat field use in their actual facilities.

They are so willing to help. I have heard other students complain about their University's administration and helpfulness. That is definitely not an issue here. They even call to see if there is anything you need to help you be successful in school.

What is uniqure about University of Phoenix is thier ability to be flexible and the amount of student all over the United States that are a part of University of Phoenix.

University of Phoenix is unique due to the helpfulness of the academic advisors. They are wonderful, and the teachers are also great. They strive to teach all students the importance of team work and being aware of your degree. I have had a great experience so far at this school. I am working on my degree online.

I can work from home and work and never miss class.

I love the fact that everything done at this college to earn my associates in business is completely online. Being a single, busy mother of five, while still trying to maintain employment is rather challenging. By attending a college that is all online, I am able to continue my daily routine and still get my school work done. All school work can be done on your own time, providing you meet aignment deadline.

Taking classes on-line is a great way to go for several reasons: be at home during class, work on school, participate in class discussions, etc when at a time that suits you. Everything about it is flexible. The class work is managable and rewarding.

The University of Phoenix (UOP) is more expensive than some other schools. I applied at another school prior to UOP, the cost was twice the price, and a medical academy, which ended up a disaster, thus I made the decision to attend UOP, and it was a good decision for me. My original admissions advisor has stayed in contact with me, through my Associate's degree and now that I am in the Bachelor's program. My academic advisor also keeps in touch with me as I move from one class to the next.

University of Phoenix offers their students so much help. They have a Center for writing excellence and a center for math excellence. Both of these online centers are so helpful and are a great way to learn. I'm so happy UOP has these two centers, my previous college did not offer these two features to their students. I'm proud to be part of UOP!

My school is unique because it is an Accredited University but they also have online classes, I am taking all of my classes online and I never have to step foot on campus. This is extremely convenient for me.

On-line courses were appropriate for the working adult.

My school emphasizes the importance of working as a team. It also encourages us to think outside the box and use critical thinking. I have learned a great deal about other people's study habits, work ethic, and attention to detail. It has given me an opportunity to grow and learn how to facilitate groups from different backgrounds.
