You shouldnt attend this school if you need someone else to keep you on tract. There are lots of check in set in place but if you need to be in a classroom environment this isnt for you. If you dont like working in groups this school is not for you either.

Any type of person could attend the University of Phoenix because it is truly one of the best distance learning schools ever. They offer many different programs to help any and all students in many different ways. I strongly feel that any type of learner can do great things with this university and it would be unfortunate if someone wanted to start taking classes and they did not look into UOF.

University of Phoenix is not a school for a person who is looking to party or attend campus events. My school’s classes are designed for working and busy individuals who want to get in, do the work, and get done. The reason I enrolled at UOP is because I am a working single mother and I needed to better my life for myself and my little girl. My campus is small and quiet and I enjoy it because the majority of the students are in similar life busy and hectic life situations.

I think that everyone should attend University of Phoenix-Online Campus, it has so much to offer a student even those who do not like going to school. I had graduated in1991 with an Associate in Applied Sciences. The advisors has been a positive support system for me and just holding a conversations with them in the beginning motivated me to attend. When I need extra help I go to the student center here in Southfield, Michigan where the staff is always there to assist you. University of Phoenix- Online Campus has help me broaden my thinking and writing skills.

The type of person that should not attend this school would be people that need constant motivation.

Anyone who thinks they will not have to study or really work at it, school takes effort and that is the key to success.

The type of person that should not attend the University of Phoenix Online Campus would be a procrastinator or anyone that is not self motivated. If you are the type of person that does not work well under little supervision, then this school is not right for you.

With the University of Phoenix online course you must be a self starter, as with any online classes you do not have someone telling you what to do, so you must stay on top of your assignments and due dates; moreover, those who shouldn’t attend University of Phoenix are individuals who do not take the responsibility of college courses seriously.

I think that this school is great, but not for anyone who is prone to procrastination. You really have to set aside time to complete weekly tasks, but you are not alone. There is a ton of support from faculty as well as your peers, and interaction is key. If you prefer to complete work independently, this is not the school for you.

A person that isn't dedicated to finishing what they start.

The coursework can be pretty tricky at times, and you're on your own quite a bit. I wouldn't reccomend it for a procrastinator or someone who can't handle a full load of work.

Someone who is not disciplined enough to keep up with the online requirements. A lot of young mothers have a difficult time because they have so much going on in their personal lives. Also, no one that does not have a dependable, fast computer at home or work. This is absolutely essential in order succeed in any online based course. Anyone that has the time to attend a brick and mortar should do that. Primarily because when there are questions about and assignment, it makes it alot easier to get resolution than waiting on an email reply from a professor.

Someone who is well disciplined, has good organizational and planning skills, and a high degree of internal motivation. In addition, I would say that people with a high internal locus of control as opposed to external locus of control. Instructors teach the material very well in my opinion but they do not baby sit and will not coddle those that are not organized or motivated.

Any person that wants to further their education without having the ability to go to a campus should attend. I recommend this school if you are self motivated and desire a degree.

A student who may lack self motivation would generally do better in a traditional stryle classroom enviroment. An online university requires time management skills, communication skills, integrity (upholds plagarism ethics) and is able to do his or her own research without being continually monitored by a professor or member of faculty. A student who learns better with face to face interaction and the need to build friendhips as part of the learning process may not be satisfied with an online class.

The type of person that shouldn't attend this school is someone that does not have the determation to want to have good degree or have a future that they can do something with.
