Washington University in St. Louis (also called WashU) ecompasses and embraces every type of person. I have friends who are from different countries, who have different religious views and who are of different sexualities and we all get along very well! WashU students take pride in the fact that our school is so diverse - that is what makes going here so interesting! I can always learn something new from the different types of people who attend this school. We have several student groups devoted to spreading diversity and promoting events such as Divali, a Hindu festival, or Gay Awareness Week.

Don't attend Wash. U. if you're looking for a really easy time. It's a good school, but expects you to work.
