What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?

Samuel

That if I had taken more AP classes in High School then I wouldn't need to pay more money to take certain classes that i could have taken in high school. Also to save as much as I could because college is expensive and if I had saved more money than i wouldn't have to reley on scolarships, working, student loans so much as i do now.

I wish I knew more about what was required to get a bachelor's degree. Some of the credits I have may not transfer. Also, the program I'm in won't accept certain classes because they're not at a certain level (i.e. 300 level). I also wish I cleared up any outstanding issues. As a result, a miscommunication between myself and the program director, I ended up having to fly to Utah from Hawaii once a month instead of being able to move there.

I wish I would have come to this school from the beginning. I originally went to a large state college and had an awful experience with teachers, classes, and the overall environment. At Weber my teachers always had time for me and it was much more relaxed which helped me learn better. However, the social scene isn't as active due to the fact that many people commute to this school. I was married so the social scene wasn't really a big factor and I enjoyed attending school with people of all age ranges and life experiences.

Julia

How cold it got and how much it snowed.

Marissa

I wish I knew that there is alot of hard work and alot of work you have to do on your own.
