I have gotten a great education from my Strayer University experience. It has been valuable to me because it will help me succeed in my chosen degree program which is Accounting. Because of Strayer University online courses that fits my needs, I have stayed a honor student. My GPA is 3.52. I received my Associates Degree Cum Laude and will receive my Bachelors degree the same. My learning experience at Strayer University has kept me focused and makes me feel that I can succeed. They staff there has kept me grounded and have made me look outside the box to show me all the aspects of becoming an Accountant. I feel confident of my learning since being with their Accounting program. There is a lot of work but because the staff is focused on my success it has been easy for me to succeed.

If I could go back in time and tell my high school senior self something, it would be to stop worrying so much about partying, being popular and focus on my school studies. I would tell myself that it's not worth all the time spent studying a football playbook as it is to study a history book or learn math. I spent too much time partying with friends that now that I'm in my mid-20's I'm just now starting college, and I'm behind my peers. If I would have applied myself more as a high school student and plunged into college earlier, I could have the career I want now and be further on my life path.

I would tell myself to save lots of money. Also that I should have started college right after high school and not wait one year to go.
