Recognize and accept my learning disability (dyslexia), instead of feeling embarrassment. I allowed others to influence me in attending traditional schools that only discouraged and made me feel like a failure. Had I realized and accepted this challenge earlier in life, I would have avoided so many procrastinations. Attendance in a trade school of this type allows students like me to excel on a hands-on program versus a lecture-type environment. Additionally, tutoring is acceptable in order to fulfill your overall goals. Ultimately, higher education is the right choice in achieving your career goal in a more organized manner. I am so very happy I realized this fact now instead of wasting more time in my life.

kaipo

go right after you finish school instead of waiting

Joel

I would tell myself that growing up is about staying focused. Keepping on the right track and theres nothing more important then your education because your education will make your dreams come true. Dont do anything thats not helping you achieve your goals. Set high standards and stick to them. Take college serious dont give up.

Tara

If I was able to go back in time and tell myself one thing it would have been not to slcak off, that life has many opportunities for me and I could take advantage of them if I would just apply myself. I would tell myself not to give up on the things that mattered most and to stop wasting my time with the trivial, dramatic problems that my friends had. I would tell myself that one day I would be a mother, and that the recession would hit me hard and that I need to do everything in my power to set myself up for success. I would also tell myself not to have any regrets because they are a waste of time and brain energy and they do nothing but drag me down. I would tell myself these things so that I would be a better more prepared person than I am today.

Ryan

I would tell myself that always work hard as possible, dont let anything get you down. put forth all your effort into your school, get your moneys worth the whole time your there! Try your absolute best to never miss school if possible and make it happen. whenever you can get help if you need it get it! Dont be afraid to ask questions to anything, get tutored if needed. Dont let any get you down and always keep your heart in it. have a love and passion for what your doing, know why your there and where your going in the future. That would be what i tell myself.

Sergeev

The best advice i could give myself is you can always do better. When i was in high school i would give up if it got too hard but here at this school its always hard and always a new challenge. I like having that challenge now and wish i could go back in time to tell myself to work harder. Starting college is only the steping stone to a long crazy adventure called life were you always push yourself to achieve more and do better.

Travis

i would not go back and say nothing for what i did in the past brought me here today. i am happy for who i am today and what ive become. i live life with no regrets and live towards the feture.

Nicholas

If i could go back to my senior year in high school knowing what I know now I would advice myself to be more organized. I would have taken a trip out to my school in the begining of the summer to find a place to live and to familiarize myself with the area. I also would have saved up more money instead of spending the money I made. I know i will have to pay back all of my loans, but I underestimated the cost of living by a long shot. I would have tried to line up a job before I moved so it would'nt be so hard to get by with what i have. I would also advice myself to not worry about to much because everything will work out just fine.

Robert

I would say, really dive deep into what you love and what you want your life to be like. As in, i wish i had gone here directly out of highschool because I would of been educated and in a good job by now.

josh

study dont get caught up in the social life school comes first. you can allways have fun after school is done

Mario

I would just tell myself never give up and you'll succeed in life.

Rolland

That i would need to stay on the right path. Not to stray away and get wrapped up in to many negative things away school. Look at college as just a lil bit more time, a short time in life that is going to pay great dividends in the end if i just stick with it. Life is what you make it and not be afraid to take chances and risks becasue you never know if you dont ask or try something. A closed mouth don't get fed

Sam

Assuming I could go back and talk to High school senior me, I would say that the best thing to do is go after what you love and the money will follow. If you try to chase money, thats all you will ever do. You will be a lot more successful if you have a passion for what you do.

Ryan

Ryan, you should have tried harder in school. Sure it was no fun, but it was important and you slacked off. It's not as hard as you think it will be and maybe you might even learn something you enjoy. So get to it and make sure you do your best.

Jesse

I would tell my self i did the right choice to go to wyotech i love what i am doing!
