Lucile B. Kaufman Women’s Scholarship

This award is for female U.S. and international sophomores, juniors, and/or seniors who are majoring in manufacturing engineering. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be eligible.

Clinton J. Helton Manufacturing Scholarship

This award is for U.S. and international students who are planning to attend Colorado State University or any of the University of Colorado campuses. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and be majoring in a manufacturing engineering or technology program.

Connie and Robert T. Gunter Scholarship

This award is for U.S. and international students majoring in manufacturing engineering or technology at Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Southern College, or the Southern College of Technology. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

SME Directors’ Scholarship

This award is for U.S. and international students who plan to study manufacturing engineering and technology. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher to be eligible. The minimum award amount is $1,000, but the student may receive a higher amount if more funding is available.

Chapter One – Detroit Founding Chapter Scholarship

This award is offered to undergraduate and graduate students who are attending an eligible institution. The applicant must be majoring in manufacturing engineering and have a 3.0 grade point average or higher to be eligible.

Chapter 105 – Memphis Les Sager Memorial Scholarship

U.S. and international students currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, or a closely related field of study are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and preference will be given to Tennessee residents, then students who attend the University of Memphis, and finally students who plan to study in Tennessee.

Chapter 4 – Lawrence A. Wacker Memorial Award

This award is for students who plan on attending or are currently attending a four-year, accredited, public or private college or university within the state of Wisconsin. The applicant must have a 3.0 grade point average or higher, and be accepted or enrolled in a manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering program to be eligible.
