The L. B. Cebik, W4RNL, and Jean Cebik, N4TZP, Memorial Scholarship is open to U.S. and international students who are licensed radio amateurs studying at four-year institutions. Students must possess a technician class or higher license.

William Bennett, W7PHO, Memorial Scholarship

The William Bennett, W7PHO, Memorial Scholarship is open to international and U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are licensed radio amateurs (general class or higher) and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Students must reside in the areas covered by the ARRL Northwest, Pacific, or Southwest divisions.

HubShout Internet Marketing Scholarship

This award is for U.S. and international students who have completed at least one year of postsecondary education and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Students must have a demonstrated interest in online marketing.

University of Oregon Diversity Excellence Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. students who are current or incoming undergraduate, graduate, or law students at the University of Oregon. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and file a FAFSA.

George and Pearl Strickland Scholarship

This scholarship is available to Georgia undergraduate and graduate students who are attending Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Morehouse School of Medicine, or Spelman College. Students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher and demonstrate financial need.

ARTBA Student Transportation Video Contest

This scholarship is available for U.S. students who submit a two to four minute video on current issues in American transportation.

Traub-Dicker Rainbow Scholarship

This scholarship is open to women-identified students who are LGBTQ and demonstrate academic excellence, community service, and commitment to impacting LGBTQ issues. Students may be high school seniors or currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students.
