PHCC Educational Foundation Scholarship Program
High school seniors or current undergraduate students who are citizens of the United States or Canada and are planning to enroll full time in a plumbing-heating-cooling (p-h-c) certificate or degree program are eligible for this award. Students applying for the need-based scholarship must demonstrate financial need; all students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Millie Brother Scholarship
High school seniors or current undergraduate students who are the hearing sons or daughters of one or more deaf parents are eligible for this award.
New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence
This award is available to New York high school seniors who are planning to study in an approved undergraduate program of study in a New York State postsecondary institution. The student must demonstrate outstanding academic achievements and be ranked among in the top percentiles of the graduating high school class.
Detroit Section/Robert G. Dailey Scholarship
International and U.S. students enrolled full time at a four-year college or two-year technical college are eligible for this award. Students must major in or take courses in an area that would be beneficial to a career in the plastics industry.
NYS Memorial Scholarship
This award is available to U.S. undergraduate students who are children, spouses and financial dependents of deceased firefighters, volunteer firefighters, police officers, peace officers*, and emergency medical service workers who have died as the result of injuries sustained in the line of duty in service to the State of New York. Students must be attending or planning to attend an eligible postsecondary institution in New York.
Fred M. Young Sr./SAE Engineering Scholarship
High school seniors planning to enroll in an ABET-accredited engineering program are eligible for this award. An eligible applicant must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher and SAT/ACT scores ranking in the 90th percentile.
Tau Beta Pi/SAE Engineering Scholarship
High school seniors planning to enroll in an ABET-accredited engineering program are eligible for this award. The applicants must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher and SAT/ACT scores ranking in the 90th percentile.
AMS Freshman Undergraduate Scholarship
U.S. high school seniors who will be entering their first year of college in the upcoming fall semester are eligible for this award. Students must be enrolled full time in a major leading to a career in atmospheric or related oceanic or hydrologic sciences (marine biology not acceptable).
AMS Minority Scholarship
Minority U.S. students entering their freshman year of college in the fall who are planning to major in an atmospheric science, oceanography, or hydrology are eligible to apply for this award. Marine biology is not an eligible field of study.
