The Scholarship is provided annually to graduating seniors at Bowie High School in Bowie, Texas. Applicants must be involved in the BHS Bulldogs’ football or basketball team.

The Elizabeth Miller Watkins Memorial Scholarship Fund is provided annually to undergraduate students at the University of Kansas who have unmet financial need and a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference will be given to women who are the first of their families to attend college.

The Dr. J.B. and Mrs. Isabella Bisceglia Scholarship Fund is provided annually for graduating high school seniors in the Greater Kansas area who are actively involved in community service. Additional preference will be given to members of Christ Presbyterian Church in Kansas City, Missouri, or members of the First Haitian Fellowship at Christ Presbyterian Church, or students at Scuola Vita Nuova Charter School.
