Senator James M. Jeffords Endowed Scholarship to Honor Mary Jeffords Mills
This scholarship is open to high school seniors who reside in Rutland County, Vermont, or attend a Rutland County high school (preference given to students who attend Rutland High School). Students must seek an undergraduate degree in education, and must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.
Franklin H. Isham Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students who reside in Franklin County, Vermont, and graduated from a Franklin County high school. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and must demonstrate financial need.
Khia DJ K-Swift Edgerton Memorial Scholarship

Dr. Marc Hull Special Education Leadership Scholarship
This scholarship is open to Vermont graduate students who are seeking a certificate or license in special education administration. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Vermont Sheriffs’ Association: William Graham Scholarship
This scholarship is open to Vermont undergraduate and graduate students who are dependents of a member of the Vermont Sheriffs’ Association. Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and school/community involvement.
Green Mountain Water Environment Association Scholarship
This scholarship is open to Vermont undergraduate students who are seeking a degree in a field related to environmental studies. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and must demonstrate financial need and community involvement and/or service.
Joyce A. Kroeller Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Baltimore, MD who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and documented community service. Applicants must be accepted to and enroll at a four-year college or university in Maryland.
