This award is available to California students with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher who are transferring to a four-year college or university to study full time. To be eligible, the student’s parents and/or grandparents must be the proprieters of an establishment with a California liquor license or be employed full-time by an individual or corporation with a California liquor license.

Horatio Alger South Dakota Scholarship Program
This award is for high school seniors with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher who are residents of South Dakota and demonstrate critical financial need.
Horatio Alger Ebby Halliday Texas Scholarship Program
This award is for high school seniors with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher who demonstrate critical financial need and are residents of Texas.
AIST William E. Schwabe Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are majoring in or planning to major in engineering, metallurgy, or materials science with plans to have a career in the iron and steel industry. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Horatio Alger District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia Scholarship Program
This award is for high school seniors who reside in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher and unmet financial need.
Edward D. Hendrickson/SAE Engineering Scholarship
High school seniors who plan to enroll in an ABET-accredited engineering program is eligible for this award. An eligible applicant must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher, and have SAT/ACT scores ranking in the 90th percentile.
Altschul Champions for PRSSA Outstanding Internship Award
This scholarship is available for a current U.S. college student who is a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and has participated in a professional internship during September to August in the year following application.
North Central District 4-H Horse Council Scholarship
This scholarship is available for high school seniors who are 4-H members currently enrolled in the 4-H Horse Project and eligible under official 4-H Horse Program guidelines. Students must be residents of the north central district of North Carolina, and plan to attend an institution of higher education in North Carolina in the fall of the year that they apply for the scholarship.
William Edmond Sawyer 4-H Scholarship
This scholarship is available for North Carolina high school seniors who are 4-H members and residents of Currituck County, NC. If there are no applicants from Currituck County, the award may be given to a member from the Northeast District of North Carolina. Students must plan to attend an institution of higher education in North Carolina in the fall of the year that they apply for the scholarship.
Frank and Elizabeth Spencer 4-H Scholarship for Cleveland and Gaston Counties
This scholarship is available for high school seniors who are 4-H members and residents of Cleveland or Gaston counties in North Carolina. Students must plan to attend an institution of higher education in North Carolina.
