The Ethnic Minority and Women’s Enhancement Graduate Scholarship were developed by the NCAA Committee on Women’s Athletics and the NCAA Minority Opportunities and Interests Committee. The goal of the enhancement programs is to increase the pool of and opportunities for qualified minority and female candidates in intercollegiate athletics through graduate scholarships. This award is for a U.S. minority high school senior who plans to pursue an engineering degree at a four-year college or university.
Western Digital Scholarship Program
The Western Digital Scholarship Program is available for underprivileged and under-represented students who are majoring in STEM as well as the children and legal dependents of Western Digital Employees. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Idaho Hispanic Scholarship Fund
This award is available for Hispanic high school seniors who are residents of Idaho. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and plan to enroll in a two- or four-year college or university.
Kahdine Ann DaCosta Scholarship for Excellence in Leadership
This award is available for minority high school seniors who attend an inner-city school. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and a record of community activity and/or leadership.
NAHJ Jonathan Camuy Scholarship
U.S. undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a career in TV broadcast journalism are eligible for this award. Students must be of Hispanic descent.
Monsignor Philip Kenney Scholarship
New Hampshire residents who are minorities will be considered for this award; preference is given to Hispanic students. Students must enroll in undergraduate or certificate programs of study.
UNCF Northwest Indiana Scholarship
Indiana high school seniors or older who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible for this award. Students must be minority students enrolled or planning to enroll in a four-year college or university and be residents of Lake, LaPorte, or Porter counties.
