Elizabeth Darguste Academic Excellence Scholarship
This scholarship is available for U.S. female, minority high school seniors who are currently attending a high school in the Bronx or Manhattan. Students must have a cumulative, weighted grade point average of 80 or higher (3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale).
Actuarial Diversity Scholarship

Ohio University Women’s Club Freshman Scholarship
This scholarship is available for U.S. high school senior women who attend a high school in the greater Cleveland, OH area. Students must plan to attend Ohio University and have an unweighted grade point average of 3.5 or higher and an SAT score of 1140 or higher or an ACT score of 25 or higher.
Japan-IMF Scholarship Program
This scholarship is available for Japanese nationals who are pursuing a Ph.D. in macroeconomics at a university located outside Japan. Students should not be older than 27 at time of application, and should obtain their Ph.D. by 34.
Colgate-Palmolive Company Dental Residency or Specialty Program Scholarship
This award is for U.S. students who are training in an accredited dental residency or specialty program (including dental public health, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, pathology, and radiology). Students must be members of the Hispanic Dental Association and have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
National Hispanic Health Professional Student Scholarship
This award is available to students who are studying in a medical, dental, nursing, public health, or policy program, and are of Hispanic descent or display strong commitment to the health of the Hispanic community.
Kaplan Leadership Program
This award is available for U.S. students in the New York area who are members of an underserved or underrepresented population and enrolled in or planning to enroll in an associate’s degree program with the intention of transferring to a bachelor’s program immediately upon completion of associate’s degree. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, enroll full time, and receive federal or state financial aid.
Alpha Kappa #4401/Jean Varga Endowment Scholarship
This award is for a female high school senior or current undergraduate/graduate student with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The applicant must be a resident of Michigan and attend or plan to attend a college or university in Michigan.
Pride Foundation Associates in Behavioral Health Scholarship
This award is available for gay, lesbian, or transgendered students who are enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students majoring in social work. Applicants must be a resident of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington.
