This award is for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who have been employed by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as an associate for at least six consecutive months. The student must have financial need and be able to prove such need via required documentation.
Trapology Gaming Scholarship
The Trapology Aspiring Gaming Scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors and U.S. undergraduates with a 3.0 average GPA. Applicants must be applying to or currently completing a study related to game design at a recognized university or post-secondary school within the U.S.
A Voice for Cats Essay Contest
Applicants must be prepare to write about feline welfare and the humane treatment of cats. The winner will receive a $1,000 and an additional $1,000 will go to a rescue organization of their choice.
Frank M. Snowden Jr. Undergraduate Scholarships
Students studying classics or classical archaeology are encouraged to apply. Eligible proposals might include (but are not limited to) participation in classical summer programs or field schools in the Mediterranean or language training at institutions in the U.S., Canada, or Europe. The maximum amount of the award will be $4,500.
