Salem Lodge #139/Robert A. Miller Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is open to African-American high school seniors who attend Forsyth County (NC) high schools and plan to attend a Historically Black College/University (HBCU). Students must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher and demonstrate financial need; merit and need are equally weighted.
Pearl Scholarship
This scholarship is open to African-American high school seniors who reside in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher.
F.A. and Charlotte Blount Scholarship
This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors from Forsyth County, North Carolina, who are African-American or Hispanic. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate financial need; academic merit will be given greater consideration than financial need.
Annie S. Alexander Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is open to incoming and current undergraduate nursing students from Forsyth County, NC, who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Students must demonstrate some financial need, although merit is given greater consideration; preference is given to African-American students.
Sachs Foundation Scholarship for Pharmaceutical Sciences
This scholarship is available for African American students who are enrolled at the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Colorado. Selection of award recipients will be based on demonstrated academic performance and unmet financial need.
Morris A. Esmiol, Jr. Scholarship
This scholarship is available for African American students who are majoring in engineering at the University of Colorado at Colorado springs. Applications will be primarily evaluated on academic achievement and unmet financial need.
Sachs Foundation University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine Scholarship
This scholarship is available for African American students who are attending the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Colorado. Applications will be evaluated on a combination of academic achievement and unmet financial need.
Henry Sachs Nursing and Health Science Scholarship at UCCS
This scholarship is available for African American students who are majoring in nursing or health sciences at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Selection is based primarily on academic achievement and unmet financial need.
Sachs Foundation Graduate Scholarships
This scholarship is available for African American students who are currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited graduate program in the United States. Selection will be based on academic merit and financial need.
