Lois E. Carter Memorial Teaching Endowment Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. and international undergraduate and graduate students who reside in Arizona or Michigan. Students must major in teaching, and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
MARC Purple Heart Endowment Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are the children, adopted children, step-children, grandchildren, or surviving spouses of a U.S. Armed Forces Purple Heart Medal Recipient. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Cards Against Humanity Science Ambassador Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate students who identify as women and are seeking a degree in a STEM field. Students must submit a three-minute video explaining a scientific topic about which they are passionate.
NFMC Lucile Parrish Ward Veteran’s Award
This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate students who are military veterans and pursuing a degree in the field of music. Preference will be given to veterans who served overseas.
Yankee Clipper Contest Club Youth Scholarship
The Yankee Clipper Contest Club Youth Scholarship is available for students 22 years of age or younger (as of June 1) and are licensed radio amateurs with a general class license or higher. Students must reside and attend college within 175 miles of the Yankee Clipper Contest Club, which is located in Erving, MA.
Dan Huettl, WZ7U, Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are licensed radio amateurs (general class or higher) majoring in a science, technology, engineering, or math field. Preference is given to applicants attending Arizona State University; if no qualified applicant is identified, the scholarship may be awarded to an applicant enrolled at any accredited graduate school or four-year undergraduate school.
Alan G. Thorpe, K1TMW, Memorial Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are licensed radio amateurs (any class license). Students must be enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university.
James Cothran, KD3NI, Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are licensed radio amateurs. Students must reside in the ARRL Atlantic Division (DE, MD, PA, Southern NJ, Western NY), the Roanoke Division (NC, SC, VA, WV), the Southeastern Division (AL, FL, GA), or Washington, D.C.
DREAM Act Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are enrolled in a community college, private or public undergraduate college or university, graduate program, business school, or law school in the United States. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and submit an essay on immigration reform.
