Axia Public Relations Scholarship
This scholarship is available for undergraduate students majoring in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field. Preference will be given to students who promote diversity in the profession, as well as students with residency ties to Florida, Georgia or Missouri.
Robin M. Urbanski Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available for U.S. college juniors and seniors who are majoring in public relations, journalism, or a related field. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate a passion for pursuing a career in public relations.
Ruth Edelman/PRSSA Award for Achievement in Women’s Leadership
This scholarship is available for female students majoring in public relations and related fields. Applicants must demonstrate achievement and leadership in women’s issues and women’s studies.
peermusic Latin Scholarship
This scholarship is open to students attending a college or university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico who submit an original musical composition in the Latin genre. Each applicant must be between the ages of 17 and 24 as of the application deadline date.
PFLAG South Orange County Chapter Scholarship
This scholarship is available to residents of South Orange County between the ages of 17-24 who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, or queer, and to straight allies who have directly supported LGBTQI youth and/or the LGBTQI community.
PFLAG Tucson Chapter Scholarship Program
This scholarship is available for current high school seniors and undergraduate students residing in southern Arizona. Applicants must identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or must be a straight ally who demonstrates a commitment to LGBT equality and advocacy.
BMI Student Composer Awards Program
This competition for original musical compositions is open to citizens of countries in the Western Hemisphere that are 27 years of age or under as of the application deadline. Entrants must be studying music either in an educational institution or with a private teacher.
PFLAG Lubbock Chapter Lola Marie Drew Scholarship
This scholarship is available for residents of Lubbock Texas who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) or as a straight ally dedicated to LGBT equality. Selection is based on academic merit, financial need, and demonstrated commitment to community service and advocacy within the LGBT community.
Brian & Cathy Smith Memorial Fund Scholarship
This scholarship is open to music therapy interns pursuing training in chemical dependency or in adolescent programs. Students must be members of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) in both the year in which application is made and the year in which the award is granted, and must attend an AMTA-approved institution.
